My breakfast meal for the next few weeks of this project every morning will be two hard boiled eggs. For lunch I will have a piece of turkey with mustard on a pita sandwich with a apple and a greek yogurt. I will have a snack during mid morning which includes unsalted almonds or raisins. Last for dinner I will be having roasted chicken, a baked potato, and a vegetable. This is a very low calorie diet so I may have to add some more supplements.

Monday: Treadmill for 2 and a half miles
Tuesday: Arms
Wednesday: Treadmill for 2 and a half miles
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Treadmill again
