well haven't been to the gym lately and I haven't felt like it to be honest. This has been a hard project and I don't think I had committed really. I wanna do better and I have to commit and finish strong and I plan too continue this once we reach week 12. I wish I had more time but the only thing I can do is try harder now than ever and proceed to improve. This has been very eye opening though seeing the commitment and attempts I need and I will succeed with this goal. I promise you as my readers and me to myself this will become a reality and I can see that even I have not made much progress I have made enough
This week I am trying harder I have my days where it becomes a struggle and I start to fail and it all seems like its worth nothing but in the end I still feel like trying. I am doing a lot more planning right now and re figuring what will be affective and I am changing how I approach this new diet I need to start making progress and I will make progress.
This diet is a lot harder each week Its easy just to go from good eating to eating like crap. I really need to commit and make progress. I really do wann improve and I feel like I am failinig myself as well
Well this week I can tell this diet is really starting to affect the way I taste things. Yesterday I had gotten a iced coffeee and it was absolutely disgusting. I believe I still have room to improve with this diet and I hope I can .
This was the first week on my new diet and it absolutely sucked for the first few days it was hard I was hungry tired and stressed. It was hard changing my whole meal plan around and sticking to it. I really felt better though knowing I did the diet all week. I am looking forward to continuing this ongoing process and see if I succeed in my goal of losing weight.
I did slack off this weekend and did not stick to it for dinner but I tried not snack as much my goal next week is to not slack. This is going to be hard but I know in the end it will be. Hi I am writing to you today to explain what my project is all about. I am going to be beginning a diet that the Marines typically use during there boot camp to see how it affects me with losing weight. I have tried many things but in all of America the Marine diet is the number one diet to succeed at because our soldiers who defend our country stick to it. During this project I will be getting up in the morning and going to the gym and sometimes in the afternoon to see how it helps and fluctuates my weight.
My breakfast meal for the next few weeks of this project every morning will be two hard boiled eggs. For lunch I will have a piece of turkey with mustard on a pita sandwich with a apple and a greek yogurt. I will have a snack during mid morning which includes unsalted almonds or raisins. Last for dinner I will be having roasted chicken, a baked potato, and a vegetable. I will also be going to the gym regularly and tracking how this meal plan affects me. |
