This was the first week on my new diet and it absolutely sucked for the first few days it was hard I was hungry tired and stressed. It was hard changing my whole meal plan around and sticking to it. I really felt better though knowing I did the diet all week. I am looking forward to continuing this ongoing process and see if I succeed in my goal of losing weight.
I did slack off this weekend and did not stick to it for dinner but I tried not snack as much my goal next week is to not slack. This is going to be hard but I know in the end it will be.
